Easter Classes are sweeeet!
We’ve got candy on the mind this month with two of our door hangers! We are so excited our Peeps & Chocolate Bunny! We also are super excited about a new technique we are doing on our Cross. We will covering the base cross with moss and then painting the top cross.
**We have changed to a 1/4″ thick from 1/2″ thick birch wood to keep from having to raise prices on projects. There was price increase after the first of year, and in an effort to keep our pricing the same for you, we opted for the lighter weight wood. The quality is still the same. Due to the thinner wood, the silver hangers will no longer work on these. It is highly recommended you invest in a glue gun for this & future projects to attach the ribbon on the back ***
The Peeps are 24″ wide. Cut from 1/4″ thick birch wood. Finishing touches include the iridescent glitter to give the peeps a sugared effect and sheer ribbon/ deco mesh combination to hang the Peeps on your door.
The Chocolate Bunny is 24″ tall. Cut from 1/4″ thick birch wood. Finishing touches include the plaid bow for the neck. A ribbon to attach to the back is also included.
The Moss Covered Cross is 24″ tall. Cut from 1/4″ thick birch wood. Finishing touches include the top cross that you paint and a bow/ribbon combination to hang the cross with.
WhimC provides everything you need to complete this project during our class. All you bring is yourself, a shirt you don’t mind getting paint on and your money, if you haven’t pre paid. Classes are around 2 hours but sometimes go over depending on how much laughing and “detail” work is taking place 
We’d love to see you there this month. Dates are Sunday, February 24th from 3-5 and MONDAY, February 25th from 6-8. Both are held at Calvary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

Happy New Year everyone! Allison and I both enjoyed the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays. Family, Food, Laughs, Late Nights have all come and gone and we are refreshed (somewhat!) and ready for what 2013 has is store!
Our first projects of the year are this adorable Valentine Owl and this sparkly Snowflake! It was only a matter of time before a cute owl made her WhimC debut! Looking for more of a Winter look? We’ve got this snazzy sparkly snowflake to adorn your front door just in time for Old Man Winter!
The Owl is 24″ tall. Cut from 1/2″ thick birch wood. Finishing touches include the “Love” banner and heart ribbon to hang the owl on your door.
The Snowflake is 22″ tall. Cut from 1/2″ thick birch wood. Finishing touches include a variety of rhinestones and silver & white (not shown here) deco mesh to top it off.

Merry Christmas! What? I know, I know, we have barely finished picking up the candy wrappers off the floor from Halloween and here we are already talking about Christmas. We are very excited to offer 3 different options of door hangers for our next WhimC class (pictured below). These are perfect for your front door, an interior door or a Christmas present for someone else!
Each option is 24″ tall and is cut from 1/2″ thick birch wood. We provide all the materials and you just get to show up and have fun! If you have your own paint brushes, we encourage you to bring those with you.

Pilgrim Turkey Season is open! (class dates are live)
Gobble! Gobble! This turkey means business. He’s big, but he’s sure not bad! (My 10 year old says, “he’s struttin for all the ladies”! Join us for this month’s WhimC class and you can get in on Scottsboro’s only craft class for busy ladies! If you can follow directions and enjoy laughing, then this class is definitely for you…and your friends…and your coworkers!
Choose from Sunday, October 28th from 3-5 or Tuesday, October 30th from 6-8. Located inside Calvary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Scottsboro. Cost is $25 each. The wood is a 1/2″ thick birch wood. The same wood that is used for our monograms.
We have 2 turkeys to choose from. Turkey #1 ($25) is a traditional turkey and Wings #1 ($7) are the black and white checkerboard. Turkey #2 ($25) is multi colored and Wings #2 ($7) are a light brown to complement turkey #2.
